With almost 18 years in media and experience that spans omnichannel strategy, integrated broadcast and digital partnerships, data insights, commercial planning and long-term agency development, her ability to bring teams together and execute client-focused solutions makes her one of the most respected leaders in the media industry.
When she’s not working, Maddie is a mum to three kids and Frank, her British bulldog. She enjoys live music, great food, and good wine.

Emily is a senior media sales leader who has more than 16 years’ experience working in media, with at least half of that time specialising in the automotive sector. Known for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions across automotive, FMCG, QSR, and luxury prestige categories, Emily’s expertise lies in media strategy, planning, and negotiation across integrated online and offline channels.
Her collaborative, people-first leadership style and passion for building high-performing teams and trusted client partnerships provides meaningful value.
In her downtime, Emily spends time at the beach with her adorable beagles, Billy and Bailey, or enjoying motorised water sports. During the winter, she’s seeking out scenic locations for a spot of snowboarding.

With 15 years' experience working across digital media in publishing environments, Jin has had extensive exposure to multiple phases of growth, platform changes, and commercial evolution within the automotive sector.
Highly regarded for his practical, delivery-focused approach, Jin specialises in building scalable ad operations, improving efficiency across ad tech stacks, and aligning operational decisions with commercial outcomes.
Outside of work, Jin immerses himself in automotive culture and has a penchant for motorbikes and classic Japanese cars. He also enjoys 4WD touring, has circumnavigated Tasmania on a motorcycle, and is the proud owner of a sausage dog, Stella.

Leah has extensive experience in Out of Home advertising, having worked in Sales, Product, Planning and Buying for more than 14 years across Australia and the UK. Over the past seven years, Leah has specialised in Strategy and Partnerships.
Passionate about great storytelling, Leah truly understands audiences and combines solutions with big ideas to help her clients solve real business challenges. She’s known for blending strategic thinking with creativity to deliver work that provides cut through and delivers impact.
A proud mum to two young daughters, Leah loves spending time with them and being outdoors - especially at the beach.
